Phil is a WSU grad (Go Cougs!) with 49 years of engineering experience. Phil's expertise is in highway and heavy construction and maintenance, and we like to introduce him as "The Asphalt Whisperer." Phil credits the U.S. Air Force with teaching him how to be a leader and work well with people.
interests
Phil spends his free time tinkering on cars or up at the lake, but mostly, Phil spends his time with his dear wife, Maralee, and their kids and grandkids.
