Mark
Varela, P.E., established the firm in 1985 based on the principles of
providing exceptional technical expertise, personal service, and loyalty to
our clients.
Dana
Cowger, P.E., joined in 1991 and is currently the second principal owner and
vice president.
Today,
our staff includes nine engineers, technicians, field inspectors, and
administrative support staff.
Varela & Associates is a stable and thriving
